How to Apply and Remove Lettering

Apply:

Plan out on the wall where you will be placing the lettering. Making sure to measure down from the ceiling on each end of the word or saying so that it will be level. Carefully peel off the backing making sure as you go along that every letter is coming off the backing. Next, lightly place the word/saying where you want it and make sure it is level. Press the saying from the middle outward to each side left and right. Some people like to use a scraper or credit card to smooth it out. Last, pull the transfer tape off at an angle and slowly peel it. Again, make sure that each letter stays stuck on the wall as you are pulling the tape off.

**The vinyl lettering MAY peel paint when removed! Use at your discretion.**

Remove: (vinyl lettering is not reusable)

Peel each letter very carefully. If it starts to peel the paint then:

Use a blow dryer on low setting and the vinyl will shrivel up and you can peel it off. Then use Thoro or Goo Gone to remove the stickiness.
